Founder's Story
Pula Leadership Studio began long before it had a name.
It started through lived experience, stepping into leading early, navigating different roles, and carrying responsibility across spaces that demanded growth, often without the support or structure to make sense of it.
Over time, it became clear that many others were on a similar path. Building careers, leading initiatives, and making decisions, yet lacking a space to step back, think clearly, and develop themselves with intention.

A space where leadership is not assumed, but developed over time through reflection, structure, and real work. The idea of a “studio” reflects this, an active environment where ideas are tested, direction is formed, and leadership is continuously shaped.
